    HI friends the i have an MI note 3 and i surrendered my old phone no and din't have a email id associated with it. As a result i am unable to reset the phone to default. can any one please help me.

      No email ID is associated with the MI account , hence i am unable to reset the phone. everytime i try to reset to factory default it asks for the MI password which i don't have. To verify it requests for verification by sending the SMS to the no. i had surrendered.
      Pls suggest the best way out.

    luego de hacer este proceso el equipo solo queda en el logo MI y no termina de encender, alguna sugerencia??
